All other locations are not available for delivery, but for pick-up from us only as long as you call us in advance.
What is the best time to call your business?
Before you call us for questions… please read all the way down because the answers might be here already. Do not call us like midnight or 5 or 6 in the morning. Our business hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday: 11am - 8pm & Friday to Saturday: 11am - 8pm. Please take note, Sunday: Closed. Day of our Lord :-). Meaning, we don't accept orders but we deliver anytime, even weekends and/or holidays as long as you order 5-day in advance.
How soon do we need to place our order?
We need (5) five-day advance notice to reserve and prepare for grilling your crispy lechon for pick-up and/or delivery.
How do we place our order?
Just follow the four (4) easy steps of ordering and paying us to confirm your order within 24 hours..
We will respond within 24 hours to confirm on this website the Status of your Order.

Is there any delivery charge?
Your delivery is $1.50 per mile one-way from our grilling stations from Pacoima to your location within Los Angeles County. Please e-mail us your complete delivery address so we can compute correctly, the delivery charge.
How can I tell if my piglet is enough?
Our piglet (aka "lechon de leche" is approximately 30 pounds. We recommend 1 pound per person, taking into account shrink and waste, so a typical piglet will feed approximately 30 people.
How can I tell if my piglet is still crispy?
We grilled your order by certain number of hours before the schedule of delivery. Your order will be delivered on time to your party/location/event crispy-skin, juicy-meat and still warm, guaranteed. You can choose to have us cut the piglet for you before delivery or you can cut it yourself when it arrives. You don’t need to worry about cutting/carving since piglet is so easy to cut/carve. Traditionally, sometimes people have to use a plate only to do the cutting/carving.
